Engineering
You can trust our in-house Catia specialists for your next prototyping and design job. When your design work is complete, you can move to printed ccircuit board (PCB) design and layout. If you already have your own designs, bring in your DXF files. Finally, we can develop custom programming for your ROM, EPROM and ASIC projects, source and burn those parts for you too.

Precision Execution
If you require the best that is available, then engage our laser cutting equipment. Fast and exacting, you no longer have to settle for rough approximations from lesser processes. Laser cutting when ‘close enough’ just won’t do for up to 14 gauge stainless steel, 1/4" cold rolled steel (CRS), .090 aluminum and many other materials too.

For other precision tasks, it’s the CNC process. Whether it’s turning up to 2-inch bar stock, milling, punching using up to 50 tons through 50" x 100" x .25" CRS. We can shear up to 120" .25" CRS. Our CNC press brake uses 135-tons of force to bend up to 96" x .25". We can rout up to 48" x 120" in profiling, drilling and milling. We also have centerless grinding to produce those precision surfaces that add a level of quality setting your product apart from the competition. And if your product needs any welding, we can do that as well. And, just about any type from MIG, TIG, ARC and spot.

Electronics
We can make just about any PC Board level product you care to design. We can build the boards, source and place the components and then solder them. From thru-hole to surface mount parts, we’re ready to build it for you. When your product requires cabling, harnesses, subassemblies or interconnects, we have the automated equipment and experience to get the job done right and on time.

Plastics
There is a tremendous amount of plastics work in finished products for various reasons. When the benefits of plastics make sense for your product, call us for assistance in designing and fabricating a solution. Rotational molding can use up to a 500 pound mold with up to a 72" diagonal. If thermoforming or pressure forming makes sense, then we fabricate up to 4 ft. x 6 ft. x .25" thickness. Injection Molding is accomplished with 250-tons of clamping force and up to 20 oz shot size. Vacuum forming is also available.

Fiberglass
When you require the weight savings, durability and the custom design possibilities offered by fiberglass. Let us form and finish your next fiberglass project to your specs.

Wood and Plastic Fabrication
Even on non-metal processes, CNCRouting could be the answer to precision project specifications. Our automated equipment can handle up to 48" x 120" and profile, drill and mill it to any shape you dream up.

Whether you build new interior design solutions or need remodelling options, wood lamination with finished edge banding is available. Laminates can be ultrasonically bonded to devise a completely custom solution.

Finish Coating
You know that optimal coating results are only possible when the surface is prepared correctly. Phosphotize preparation is used to offer our customers a base for the supreme surface protection of powder coating. We also have full wood finishing including urethane coating and staining.

Assembly
While we custom build complete products from the frame up through electronics to final paint and customer packaging, we can also produce subassemblies to your specifications. We have the capabilities to meet your needs, however large or small.

Shipping
So when your products are produced, you need to get them to your customers. We can package, shrink wrap, palletize and drop ship them world-wide.

We want to help you meet your customers needs by building products to your specifications, on time and on budget. How can we help you today?
